Delete your Wreckfinder account

You can ask us to delete your Wreckfinder account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

• In the app: go to Account, then tap Delete my account.
• By email: write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (name and email address)
• Your saved favourite wrecks
• Your device and notification settings
• Support chats and feature suggestions linked to your account

What we keep, and for how long

We deal with requests within 30 days. Some data may stay in backups for up to 90 days before it is permanently removed. We may need to keep basic payment records for longer to meet UK tax and accounting rules.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription made through Google Play or the App Store. Please cancel it in your store's subscription settings as well.
